Can I visit your warehouse to pick up or return my order?

In Arizona we can make our product available via Friday PickUp. Please send us an email at info@moxilife.com 

 

Where will my package be shipped out from?

Our fulfillment center at our Arizona warehouse.

 

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship to: North America. Our International shipments will require shipping charges. We will expand global reach as our company grows.

 

What shipping methods do you use?

We choose the shipping method based on your preferred delivery time. The couriers we use include UPS, USPS, FedEx. 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Currently it is ground shipping however we will be offering free shipping on orders exceeding $75.00 Some product packages include standard free shipping which takes approximately 4-7 business days within North America. International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you choose to expedite your shipping, we do have overnight (2 day and 3 day available.)

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number within 24 business hours of placing your order. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To return a product you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact info@moxilife.com
