Do you have any retail stores where I can purchase the product?
Currently, HydraMag® products and services are available online via our website and select physical location retailers.
We formerly sold our products on Amazon however, we are revising our sales channels and choosing to work with brick and mortar:sport and natural health retailers.

Can I visit your warehouse to pick up or return my order?
We are an e-commerce store and we do not have a storefront. Products are available at the aforementioned listed retail stores.
Where will my package be shipped out from?
Our fulfillment center at our Arizona warehouse .
What locations do you ship to?
We currently ship to: North America and select International locations. Our International shipments will require international shipping charges. We will expand global reach as our company grows.
What shipping methods do you use?
We choose the shipping method based on your preferred delivery time. The couriers we use include DHL,UPS, USPS, FedEx.
How long will it take to get my order?
Currently, it is ground shipping however we will be offering consumers free shipping on orders exceeding $100.00 Some product packages include standard free shipping which takes approximately 4-7 business days within North America.
International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you choose to expedite your shipping, we do have overnight (2 day and 3 day available.)
How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number within 24 business hours of placing your order. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of the unopened product. Return product costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
